"Independent Third Party Verified Performance Results by Theta Investment Research" Since August of 2006
IMPORTANT NOTE TO PERFORMANCE: Mr. Matthew Trusskey has been actively managing client assets since 1992 and the market dynamics have change several times over this period. Matt has managed various risk-moderated portfolios with various annual returns through these years. From gains in excess of 60% in 1998 to then loosing almost 34% in 2002, we lost many of the firms clients. This was because the clients demanded high returns and did not understand that this demanded greater risk. Not until we had a bad year did the clients rebel and fire us as their asset manager. Matt took this exodus seriously and very personally.
Between 2003 and 2005, Mr. Trusskey worked on recovering from the losses of 2002 and vowed that this would never happen again. Over this 3 year period he closed all portfolio's except one and worked on lowering the risk of the portfolio while still beating the performance of the S&P 500 Index. This work brought about the EAB portfolio management methodology that has been in place since August of 2006.
It is because of this change in management methodology, that Mr. Trusskey believes it is misleading and unethical to publish these older performance figures in the same context as the figures since the EAB methodology has been in place. The audited performance record, prior to August 2006, is available upon email request.

To be conservative, we also deduct the maximum fees we charge from our performance reports and your actual overall fees paid may be less than our maximum.
